We forge handcrafted mobile apps and websites

Plus an admin panel, a database and integrations. One team does all of it, in weeks rather than months, with no sloppy AI-generated code.

01 — How we work

Three hearths,
one workshop

We don't start from an empty repository. Authentication, roles, lists, offline sync and the admin panel are our own components — handwritten and proven on projects already in production. The time goes into what actually matters in your product.

Mobile apps
01

Mobile apps

Our main line of work

This is what we build first and most — designed for thumbs, patchy coverage and store review, not as a shrunken desktop screen. We pick the tool for the job, not for the trend:

  • a single codebase in React Native or Flutter when the app has to reach both stores fast
  • native Android and iPhone apps when performance, battery, background work, hardware access or animation quality decide the outcome.

If you need a website or a web app, you will find everything here:
  • sites that stay fast and smooth in every browser
  • data encryption and Zero Trust wherever it is needed
  • infrastructure as code, so you don't have to worry about sysadmins or security

We also rescue projects: we step in where beginners left a mess and security holes, and we clean it up. What we leave behind is tidy, easy to extend code — not a "vibe coded" pile that locks up the database and drags the server down as soon as traffic grows.

Our own components, handwritten code

Why we are faster

Over the years we have built our own component library:

  • authentication and roles,
  • lists with filters,
  • forms with validation,
  • offline sync,
  • payments,
  • notifications

Every one of them was written by a person with real experience shipping and maintaining production systems — the kind that handled hundreds of thousands of visits a day, not a hundred.

This is not code spat out by an AI or a template pulled off the internet — we know why every line is there and we can change it for your case. That is why we start halfway down the road and you don't pay for reinventing login screens and galleries for the hundredth time.

What we bring:
  • Our own component library
  • Language chosen for the project
  • A plan within 48 h
  • Seniors only
Integrations and the rest

Integrations and life after launch

The rest of the puzzle

An app rarely lives on its own. We wire it into what you already use: your warehouse system or ERP, invoicing, payments, couriers, calendars, mail and the spreadsheets your office runs on.

On top of that a panel in the browser and/or in the mobile app, so your team can manage content and orders without calling us. And after launch we stay: maintenance, the cloud bill, response times, campaigns and visibility in the app stores.

Above all, we have hands-on penetration testing experience and we keep your data and servers safe.

Your project

Your project goes here

We take on four new projects a quarter. A ballpark estimate in half a minute.

03 — Process

Heat. Forge.
Temper. Ship.

Two ways in: the full project process or an MVP straight from your brief. Same workshop, same people.

Track A

Firing up the forge

The full project: discovery, sprints, tempering, launch — and we stay on for iterations.

015 days

Heating up — discovery

We sit down with you or your team, map the requirements and come out with an estimated timeline, an architecture sketch and a plan for what happens next.

022-week rhythm

Forging — sprints

We work the agile way, so you never have to worry that after three or six months you get something you didn't want because someone misunderstood. You see progress on a real environment every two weeks.

03Before release

Tempering

Load tests, threat modelling, failover drills, an accessibility review, plus detailed live stats and metrics from day one.

04Ongoing

Launch — and we stay if you need us

Documented code, infrastructure as code and — if you want — a team on hand for iterations and on-call duty.

Track B

Straight to the anvil — MVP from a brief

Got a brief or a spec? Within 48 h you get the design, the stack and a price, then an MVP in weeks.

01Today

Send us your brief

A few paragraphs, a Figma file, a list of problems or screenshots — whatever you already have. Just send it over.

022 working days

48 h: design, technology, price

Screens, a proposed architecture, the challenges we can see and a price — written by the people who will build it, not by salespeople promising things the engineers will struggle with.

032–6 weeks

An MVP in weeks

Once the design matches your vision, you get a clickable version in the first week and production quality at the end — the same people throughout, with no handover between design and code.

04You see it first

You pay after delivery

With a defined scope you pay for results, once the agreed version is delivered and working. Our risk, not yours.

04 — Why us

A senior at every
station of the forge

You talk to the people who write the code. Requirements are not translated twice and nobody stretches the schedule to keep the bench busy.

Design — when it has to stand out

A fine arts graduate for when the product has to look exceptional. When it doesn't, you still get a clean, intuitive interface signed off by Magda. She also specialises in 3D graphics.

Days and weeks, not months

Decisions are made by the people writing the code — no meetings about meetings, no passing the case along. What others quote at half a year is usually done here in a few weeks.

Blazing fast and cheap to run

Our sites and apps open instantly — instead of renting a bigger server, we measure what actually slows things down. We optimise the cloud bill to the last penny, and after our work it usually goes down.

It keeps working when things break

Backups, automatic failover and queues that never lose an order — so one failing part doesn't stop your product. We know the internet inside out.

05 — Tools

The tools in our forge

We pick the right tool for the job. We are not obsessed with any particular database or framework, but we do care about performance — which is why we steer well clear of WordPress.

From screen to database

The app, the panel and the API from one workshop: offline-first sync where the field crew has no coverage, Core Web Vitals treated as a budget, and a database chosen for the shape of the data — OLTP, columnar or document, not "the usual one". We could list every language and framework we work in, but what matters is that we fit the tools to the project, not the other way round.

  • SwiftUI
  • Jetpack Compose
  • React Native/Flutter/QT
  • NodeJs, Python, PHP, C#, C++, Rust

  • PostgreSQL / MariaDB — standard needs
  • Couchbase — lots of data, a flexible schema, fast search
  • DuckDB / Parquet — huge volumes of data, e.g. finance
  • Redis — fast cache and pages served straight from RAM
  • S3 — when your files have to be available everywhere
Infrastruktura i AI

Infrastruktura i AI

Cloud, infra and AI

We believe in IaC (infrastructure as code) — the same environment is built the same way on staging and in production, and you are not dependent on one person who "remembers how it was clicked together". We match the provider to the bill and to the requirements: a cloud where managed services are needed, a VPS or a dedicated server where autoscaling matters less. Plus monitoring, alerts and backups.

We treat AI like any other service: we choose the model for the specific task and budget. We are fans of small local models, so your data is never sent to Anthropic or Microsoft and stays on your own servers.

Data security
03

Security

From day one

Secure coding is second nature to us. Sensitive data is encrypted in the database and in transit, so you don't have to worry about leaks or breaches. On top of that we watch the CVE feeds and patch every client's service as soon as a new vulnerability shows up.

We use proven systems, not ones with a fresh hole every couple of weeks (we don't build sites on WordPress, for instance). We also run security audits and penetration tests, which lets us find holes nobody knows about yet. Backups are a baseline for us, not a nice-to-have.
